Default Second Class vs First Class

I checked FAQ and didn't see this listed. So I was wondering, what are the advantages of having E / W as opposed to W / E or R / Rt vs. Rt / R, etc... First thing I noticed is obviously Armor and Looks. But is there certain skills a W/E can get and certain skills a E/W can get that the opposite could not? or is just the looks and differences in armor.

Let me use this for example: http://www.pvxwiki.com/wiki/Build:E/Me_Underworld_Tank

let's say I was Me/E instead, and I obtained the same skills (If possible?), It theoretically be just as effective as E/Me? Or is there something I'm missing. I'm pretty sure there is something I don't understand.

[wiki]Primary attribute[/wiki] is a key difference; you can get the skills if you have that profession as a secondary, but you can't put any points in the attribute. Additionally, armors and runes are primary-specific.

Also, armor gives inherit benefits based on profession. For example, the warrior will regenerate energy slower than the elementalist, monk, necromancer, etc. and will also have less energy. However, the warrior does have more armor especially against physical damage.

Also some skills which are in the primary attribute line wont work.

So yeah:

Inherant Bonus's on armor (Regen, Energy Pool, Health [in dervs case], specific + armors)
Runes/Insignia
Primary Attribute
Armor Looks
Character Looks
Character Size (wars are naturally bigger then eles for instance i think)

and you can get the attributes of youre first class to 16 by use of a superior rune + head piece whilst if you were that class as second you'd only be able to get 12
